Is there a first deposit bonus for new RedStar Poker players?

Yes, on your first deposit, you can get two bonuses:

1. 200% bonus up to $2,000 (€1700)

2. €25 as a gift for a deposit of €25 or more.

Do I need to enter a bonus code to receive the first deposit bonus?

To receive a bonus from RedStar Poker, a bonus code is not required upon deposit. But, to receive a bonus from GipsyTeam, you must enter the bonus code GT25. 

Both bonuses will work in parallel to each other.

How long does it take to clear the bonus?

You have 60 days to clear the bonus.

How is the bonus paid?

The bonus will be credited in equal parts (10%) to your account after you have collected the required amount (Status Points, SP). To win back the €1 bonus you need to collect 100 (Status Points, SP). When you cash out, the bonus does not expire.

How are Status Points awarded?

For every Euro you rake you will receive 10 Status Points (SP).

Is there a rakeback system on RedStar Poker?

The room has a loyalty program, which consists of 2 levels: Red and Star. When registering with GipsyTeam, you’ll be at the Star level, which gives 35% rakeback. 

To maintain this status without registering with us, you must wager €500+ in rake per calendar month. In case of generating less than €500 for the next calendar month, the rakeback will be downgraded to Red status, which gives 20% rakeback. €500 rake = 5000 status points.

What’s the rate at which points get exchanged for rakeback?

Red status allows you to exchange 50 SP for €1 rakeback. 

Star status gives 29 SP per €1 rakeback. 

You must exchange points yourself in the poker client through the My Account – Points Exchange tab. To activate the loyalty point exchange option, you must earn at least 50 SP at any VIP level.

Where can you check the rake you’ve generated?

That information is available in the RedStar Poker app.

Are there internal transfers between players?

Yes, that’s possible.
